When you register with File Express, a Hostpoint ID is automatically created in the background and linked to your user account. The Hostpoint ID always corresponds to the e-mail address that you provided during registration. It is used to log in to both File Express and the Hostpoint Control Panel.
Everything related to file transfers can be handled directly in File Express.
You need to access the Hostpoint Control Panel if you wish to perform the following actions:
- Change user data (e.g. address, phone number or language)
- View outstanding and paid invoices
- Update your credit card
- Change password
- Enable/disable two-factor authentication
- Delete your account
