- Log in to File Express using your e-mail address and password.
- Click your e-mail address at the top right.
- Click “My account” in the menu.
- Click the “Change in the Control Panel” button.
→ You will be redirected to the Hostpoint Control Panel. - Click “Password & security” in the menu.
- Change your password by clicking “Edit”.
Your File Express user account is linked to your Hostpoint ID. The new password therefore applies not only to File Express, but also to the Hostpoint Control Panel.
