You can update your credit card details in your File Express account.
Follow these steps for this:
- Log in to File Express using your e-mail address and password.
- Click your e-mail address at the top right and then “My account”.
→ You will see the currently stored credit card under “Payment method”. - Click “Change in the Control Panel”.
→ You will be redirected to the Hostpoint Control Panel. - Click “Payment methods” in the menu.
- Enter your new credit card details via “Add a credit card”.
- Delete all other saved credit cards.
The new credit card information is saved.
This process will also change the payment method for your other Hostpoint products and services, as your account is linked to your Hostpoint ID.
If your account has been blocked due to a payment that was not completed, please contact our support team after updating your credit card details. They can unblock your account again.
