How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel a paid subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to File Express using your e-mail address and password.
  2. Click your e-mail address at the top right and then “My account”.
  3. Click “My subscription”.

  4. Open the context menu Context menu.svg on the right and click “Cancel subscription”.
  5. Confirm the cancellation by clicking “Cancel anyway”.

Your cancellation has been registered.

At the end of the current contract term, your account will be converted into a FREE account and all ongoing transfers will be terminated.

Shortly before the end of the contract, you will automatically receive an e-mail reminder of the impending cancellation. If you change your mind, you can withdraw the cancellation up to one day before it expires.
