How can I withdraw the cancellation of my subscription?

You can withdraw the cancellation of your subscription at any time up to one day before the end of the contract term.

Follow these steps for this:

  1. Log in to File Express using your e-mail address and password.
  2. Click your e-mail address at the top right and then “My account”.
  3. Click “My subscription”. 
    → You can see the details of your subscription and the cancellation date here.
  4. Click “Withdraw cancellation”.

  5. Confirm the change by clicking “Yes”.

The cancellation is withdrawn. Your subscription will continue as usual.
