How can I download files?

You have received a transfer link and would like to download the files? Follow these steps for this:

  1. Click the link you received.
    Note: Please be careful when opening links. Links originating from File Express are always structured as follows:

    https://file-express.com/{language}/open/{transfer ID}
  2. Accept our terms of use and click “Let’s get started”. 
    → You will see an overview of the available files.
  3. Download individual files using the download icon or click “Download all files” to download all files and any folders together.
