If you receive a file transfer that contains entire folders, simply click “Download all files” on the download page. The files will then be downloaded directly in the original folder structure as a ZIP file. The ZIP file will be saved to the “Downloads” folder on your device unless you select a different location.
To open the files, you must first unzip the ZIP file. On a Mac, you can do this by double-clicking on the ZIP file; on Windows, you should right-click on the ZIP file and then select “Extract All”. Once the file has been unzipped, you will see the folder with the name as it was sent by the sender.
