If your credit card has expired, you will not be able to make a payment the next time you renew your subscription. To prevent this, you will be notified by e-mail shortly before your subscription expires.
If you do not update your credit card information and the subscription renewal fails, your account will be automatically blocked after five days. However, you can then add a new credit card to renew the subscription. In this case, you will additionally have to contact our support team to have your account unblocked.
If a valid credit card is not added within the specified period, your account and all files will be irrevocably deleted.
