File Express currently supports payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) only. This does not apply to customers already using other Hostpoint products, for whom the payment method set in the Hostpoint Control Panel is used automatically.
Credit card details are stored when an order is placed and can be viewed under “My account” > “Payment method”. To update your details, please follow the instructions in the article “How can I update my credit card information?”.
