File Express is available in the following four languages:
- German
- English
- French
- Italian
The default language in which the app opens depends on whether you are logged in.
If you open File Express and are not logged in, the app will automatically appear in your browser’s language. However, you can change the language at any time in the menu at the top right of the start page.
Once you log in to File Express, the language that is set by default in your account will be used.
Change language
If you want to change the language setting for your account, proceed as follows:
- Log in to File Express using your e-mail address and password.
- Click your e-mail address at the top right.
- Click “My account” in the menu.
→ Under “User data”, you will see the selected language. - Click the “Change in the Control Panel” button.
→ You will be redirected to the Hostpoint Control Panel. - Click “Settings” in the menu and select the desired language via “Edit”.
If you log out from File Express and then log in again, the app will automatically be displayed in the new language.
Any changes you make in the Hostpoint Control Panel will not only apply to File Express, but also to all other Hostpoint products. The selected language therefore applies to both File Express and the Control Panel.
