If you no longer need your Hostpoint ID, you can delete it in the Hostpoint Control Panel. You must have already deleted your File Express account and no longer have any active Hostpoint products.
Once your Hostpoint ID is deleted, you will no longer have access to the Control Panel. If you want to use Hostpoint products or services again at a later date, you can create a new Hostpoint ID at any time.
To delete your Hostpoint ID, proceed as follows:
- Log in to the Hostpoint Control Panel with your Hostpoint ID.
- Click “Admin” in the menu at the top and then “Delete Hostpoint ID”.
- Click “Delete Hostpoint ID”.
- Enter the password for your Hostpoint ID to confirm the deletion.
- Click “Permanently delete Hostpoint ID now”.
The Hostpoint ID will now be deleted. You will be logged out of the Control Panel automatically.
