If you’ve forgotten your password for your File Express account, follow these steps:
- On the login page, click “Forgot your password?”.
- Enter the e-mail address that you used to register with File Express and click “Reset password”.
→ You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password. - Open the link.
- Enter a new password.
- Click “Save password”.
Your password has been reset. You can now log in to File Express with your e-mail address and new password.
Your File Express user account is linked to your Hostpoint ID. This means that the new password is not only valid for logging in to File Express, but also the Hostpoint Control Panel.
