No, this isn’t necessary. You can still use File Express even if you are not a Hostpoint customer. However, if you register with File Express, you can then automatically order Hostpoint products with the user account you create.
And as an existing Hostpoint customer, you’ll automatically receive a FREE account at no cost to you. This means you can also use your Hostpoint ID and password to log in to File Express.
