If you’ve lost the link for your transfer, you have the following options:
As a non-registered user
When you created the transfer, you should have received a confirmation e-mail.
This contains the transfer link. If you can no longer find the e-mail but have already sent the link to your recipients, you can ask them. They may still have the link.
If neither option is possible, you will need to create the transfer again.
As a registered user
You can track all your transfers in your account. To find a transfer link, proceed as follows:
- Log in to File Express with your e-mail address and password.
- Click your e-mail address and then “Transfers”.
- Click the transfer whose link you have lost.
→ The link will be displayed directly in the overview and can be copied there.
