If the upload or download of files with File Express keeps failing, please try the following:
- Check your internet connection. Is it stable?
- Make sure that your browser is up to date and that any plugins installed (e.g. ad blockers, JavaScript blockers) are not causing any errors.
- Check if your antivirus scanner has blocked a file by mistake.
- Make sure that no other devices or policies on your network are blocking access. This is sometimes the case with corporate networks.
