If you’ve received a transfer from File Express but do not know the sender, please proceed with caution and ask yourself the following questions first:
- Does the sender seem trustworthy to me?
- Am I expecting a transfer from this person or organization?
- Does it make sense for this person or organization to send me files?
If you cannot answer “yes” to these questions, we recommend that you ignore the transfer and do not download anything. This reduces the risk of accidentally downloading harmful or malicious files.
If you suspect that a transfer contains harmful or malicious files, please report this to us as soon as possible.
