How do I create a login for the new File Express?

For legal reasons, we cannot transfer user accounts. We therefore ask you to register for the new version of File Express yourself.

Follow these steps for this:

  1. Visit the new application in your browser at: 
    https://file-express.com/
  2. Click on “Features & Pricing” in the menu at the top, for an overview of the available subscriptions, their features and prices.
  3. Select a suitable subscription and click on the corresponding button.
  4. Enter your e-mail address and follow the next steps.

After completing the registration process, you can start using File Express right away and transfer your first file.

If you are already a Hostpoint customer, you can use the same e-mail address for registering with File Express as you use for your Hostpoint ID. This will automatically link your File Express account to your Hostpoint account.
