How can I recognize malicious files or spam?

To recognize malicious files or spam, ask yourself the following questions:

• Does the sender seem trustworthy to me?
• Am I expecting a transfer from this person or organization?
• Does it make sense for this person or organization to send me files?

• Does the transfer link really lead to the File Express site?

  https://file-express.com/{language}/open/{transfer ID}

If you cannot answer “yes” to these questions, we recommend that you ignore the transfer and do not download anything. This reduces the risk of accidentally downloading harmful or malicious files.

If you suspect that a transfer contains abusive or malicious files, please report this to us as soon as possible.
