How do I disable a transfer?

When you disable a transfer, the link is blocked and the recipients no longer have access. However, all of the transfer information and settings are retained and the transfer can be re-enabled until the expiration date.

To disable a transfer, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to File Express with your e-mail address and password.
  2. Click your e-mail address and then “Transfers”.
  3. Open the context menu Context menu.svg for the relevant transfer and click “Disable transfer”.

The transfer will be disabled and recipients will no longer be able to access the link.
