Can I extend the availability of a transfer?

Yes, registered users can subsequently extend or shorten the availability of a transfer.

Follow these steps for this:

  1. Log in to File Express with your e-mail address and password.
  2. Click your e-mail address and then “Transfers”.
  3. Select the desired transfer.
  4. Go to the “Settings” tab.
  5. Select a new date and time under “Availability”.
  6. Click “Save”.

The new setting is effective immediately.
