Registered users can track all their transfers to see if, when and by whom their files have been downloaded.
Follow these steps for this:
- Log in to File Express with your e-mail address and password.
- Click your e-mail address and then “Transfers”.
- Select the desired transfer.
- Go to the “Files” tab.
- Open the context menu
for the desired file and then click “Show details”.
You can see by whom and when the file has already been downloaded.
You can only see who downloaded your transfer if you send the link by e-mail via File Express. If you copy the link and send it by other means, only the person’s IP address is displayed.
