Geo-blocking allows you to limit access to your transfer to certain continents and/or countries. If geo-blocking is enabled, the user’s IP address is checked each time the link is accessed. Access is only allowed if the IP address originates from one of the approved countries or continents.
Geo-blocking can be circumvented by using VPN services or other technologies to conceal the actual location. As a result, users from unauthorized countries may still have access to the transfer.
